Delivery and Exchanges

Delivery: 

1) We provide FREE delivery for all orders above $120.00 within Singapore only.

2) There will be a delivery charge of $10.00 imposed on orders below $120.00. Otherwise, you may opt for self collection method at:

28 Senang Crescent #02-03 Singapore 416601 (Building Name : Bizhub 28)

Operating hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 6.30pm (excluding public holidays)

(Nearest MRT station: Kembangan)

*Orders are not ready for immediate collection once they are placed. You will receive an email with further instructions when your order is ready for collection. Orders MUST be collected within 10 working days from the date that the confirmation email received. We reserve the right to forfeit the order and no refund will be provided if orders are not collected within 10 working days without providing a valid reason.

**For the ease of convenience for our customers, we will hand over the goods to you at the lobby area. Please kindly make an appointment with us before hand.

3) Once an order is received, it will be scheduled for delivery within 1 to 3 working days.

4) We regret to inform that international shipment is currently unavailable.

Exchanges:

We do provide exchanges for goods received in an unsatisfactory manner. Please kindly drop us an email at [email protected] quoting your order number, product name and our customer care consultant will attend to you shortly.
